My latest obsession is Framebridge!

During my trip to Washington DC I purchased this beautiful textured card designed by artist Della Wells. Once I laid eyes on it, I knew it was a must have! I had no idea how to display it until I stumbled across this amazing start up company.

Recently, I was talking with with my sister on FaceTime and she showed me this beautiful frame store called Framebridge in downtown Chicago. I was instantly obsessed by the beautiful designs and the variety of frames and color combinations. If you've never heard of Framebridge, then keep reading ~ I have a free gift for you at the end.

If you have been following me on Instagram, you know I've been renovating our 1995 Colonial home since we bought it in 2019. My main goal is to transform our home from its' mundane, dated look by giving it a modern, sophisticated design. I want our home to reflect our personality, our lifestyle, and more importantly tell our story!

"I want our home to represent our story!"

We all have heard the saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" right? That is the inspiration behind our art selections ~ we want our souls represented in beautifully crafted frames and borders, just like the work Framebridge does! Framebridge literally frames everything from jerseys, diplomas, grandma's coveted recipes and so much more!

Not only does Framebridge carry over 1 million pieces, but their prices are pretty reasonable starting at just $39.

The Founder/CEO Susan Tynan's story is amazing! She started Framebridge after spending over $1,600 to frame National Park posters in clunky metal frames that she didn't even like. Yes, $1,600 for a frame! After that experience, created her own framing company that specialized in affordable, exquisite framing options with a simple way of making your art come to life. All you have to do is:

Step 1: Choose a frame in the store or online

Clueless? Use their free designer service

Step 2: Framebridge will send you a postage paid container to ship your piece OR you can digitally upload your art Step 3: Framebridge builds your frame by hand Step 4: Receive your completed, ready to hang work of art

It's that simple!

Recently during a trip to Washington, DC we visited the African American History

Museum of Art and Culture I purchased a beautiful hand made textured card by

artist Della Wells. It is an awesome work of art that captures the many facets of being an African American woman - beauty, bold, strength, and color! I can't wait to frame and display it. I selected the "Agra" frame which has my favorite canary yellow finish. Now you may be wondering why didn't I go to Target, Michael's or Hobby Lobby for framing instead? The answer is "wow factor". The color selections and frames at Framebridge will blow your mind! You will see what I mean when I get this piece back and hung in our home.

I can't wait to bare this art's soul with you soon!

Della Wells is an extraordinary mixed media artist. Her work evokes everyday scenes and cultural values.

Just for you ~ Blooom is offering 15% off your Framebridge purchase!
