Ultimate Green Juice Recipe

If you saw my recent video of me juicing then you know I'm obsessed with my new Nama Juicer. It has made juicing so much easier for me and my family. There are many great juicers out there if you're new to juicing or experienced but I love because it allows me to consume a high amount of nutrients from fruits and vegetables in a convenient and easy-to-digest form. Juicing separates the fiber from the fruits and vegetables, which can make it easier for the body to absorb the nutrients. This means that you can consume a larger quantity of fruits and vegetables in a single serving than you may be able to eat in their whole form.
Juicing can also be a great way to consume a variety of fruits and vegetables that you may not typically eat. It can also be a great way to consume more fruits and vegetables if you have trouble getting enough in your diet.
Juicing can also be beneficial for those with certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease, as consuming a diet high in fruits and vegetables has been shown to be beneficial for these conditions.
Additionally, juicing can also be a great way to detoxify the body and support the liver by providing it with the necessary nutrients to help it function properly.
However, it is important to note that juicing should not replace whole fruits and vegetables in a balanced diet, as the fiber in whole fruits and vegetables is important for maintaining good digestion and overall health.
